1.Abby’s House – Join us in supporting Abby’s House, a beacon of hope for homeless women and children in Worcester, MA. Your contributions will help provide shelter, resources, and a path towards a brighter future.

2. Malpotha Sri Mahinda School, Bandarawela, Sri Lanka – Be part of a transformative journey spanning 3 to 4 years. Our charity project focuses on enhancing computer literacy and infrastructure at Malpotha Sri Mahinda Vidyalaya by donating a fully functional computer lab. Together, let’s empower the next generation with the tools for success.

Aid for Sri Lanka Crisis

A fundraiser is organized by Sri Lanka Association of New England

To our Sri Lankan community members, families, and friends all over the world—Sri Lanka needs you now more than ever.

Sri Lanka is in crisis, and a majority of the people who call this country home are in imminent danger of starvation. The Sri Lankan people have been met with 13+ hour power cuts, dangerous shortages of much-needed food and medicine, and a scarcity of healthcare supplies needed for medical surgeries and procedures. The hardest hit are those living at or below the poverty line and whose day to day income has been severely affected by these power cuts and supply shortages. Many Sri Lankan families cannot afford basic food and medical necessities. 100% of the proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards local community organizations supporting people of ALL ethnic backgrounds in Sri Lanka.

SLANE Fall Fest 2021

SLANE Winter Ball 2020 was held on February 8, 2020 at the DoubleTree Hilton in Westborough, MA.

The Discover Sri Lanka is an annual program for our children to learn their heritage in a fun an exciting manner. All of us who are far from Sri Lanka are naturally challenged to share the traditions and the exciting elements of our culture with our next generation. Discover Sri Lanka is an event designed by the younger leaders in our Sri Lankan community for the younger Sri Lankan community. Your children’s participation will not only help them learn about Sri Lanka, but also expose them and inspire them towards the fine leadership skills of our youth who are taking the lead in pulling this nice event together.
